Day 10

I woke up with a good back but shin splints.  Totally sucks!  I hobbled around all day and decided that it would probably be best if I took the day off from all physical activity.  Aside from that, I didn’t eat much during the day but was stuffed at dinner time and now I’m paying for it dearly.   

Food journal:

Breakfast- coffee with soy milk and stevia.  Ended up dumping 1/3 of it because I was over it. 1 package pop tarts (they are still in the pantry and calling my name…hopefully they will be gone soon!).

Lunch- 3 bean chilli with sour cream and jack cheese and 1/3 my jalapeno cornbread and 1 chocolate/peanut butter square from the health food store.

Dinner- 1/2 a large sandwich (roasted red peppers, turkey, cheese) with a creamy dressing (not too sure the ingredients except for prob cream, garlic, and parm cheese),  1 garlic knot, and 1 connoli.  STUFFED!

  3. liz, you've totally inspired me to eat healthier. i was totally in a mid-winter munchy funk. i made a really good smoothie today and wrote a post about it too.. i started keeping a blog last month too :) love ya!
