Woke up this morning with a fever. Felt crappy all day which made it hard for me to want to even think about eating right. I ix’nayed the exercising. When I came home (after 2 pieces of pizza) and decided to get on the scale and it said that I lost 2 pounds. I’m gonna weigh myself in the morning once the pizza is digested and see if I actually lost more :). My work pants have gotten really loose on me (in fact they are falling off!). Super exciting but also a bummer because I don’t have much money to go shopping for new clothes!
Food for today:
B’Fast- Coffee with rice milk and stevia
Snack- Raspberry yogurt, carrot sticks, 2 rice cakes
Lunch- 2 pieces of pizza (one cheese piece, 1 spinach riccota cheese piece). It’s been a while since I had pizza.
Dinner- goat milk brie and apricot cheese (both were really good and the ingredients are pure) with crackers, organic puffed rice cereal with rice milk
