Started the day totally exhausted but thankfully overcame it with yoga. I found a local yoga studio that had an offer for unlimited yoga for $50.00 a month. So awesome! Hopefully this will help all my injuries.
~Food journal for today~
B’fast- 1 coffee with almond milk and stevia, green apple
Snack- strawberry Greek yogurt, another green apple
Lunch- Turkey with Brie cheese on a panini with honey mustard and slice apples…yumm! Also had 3/4 of a NY style black and white cookie.
Dinner- 2 Raspberry cookies…I’ll admit it. And a seltzer.
